STEP 1

Starting the process

The process of ordering bespoke jewellery begins with you sending your initial ideas or inspirations over via the Contact Us form. Our head designer Carol will then reach out to you to chat a little bit about your ideas via email, phone or video chat. This will ensure she fully understands your needs before making any suggestions

Before sending your contact info, you can try to gather some inspiration from our collection, or from magazines, websites or galleries. If you see something you like, that can be a starting point for us!

Also, let us know if you have any specifications (material, gemstones, etc) or a budget in mind, so we can better design your dream piece. We don't charge extra for the bespoke service!

STEP 2

Designing the bespoke

Our next step is to transform your idea into possible designs for you to review. At this stage, we first sketch on paper and send you a couple of options you can choose from and give your feedback about. This can take multiple iterations and at least a couple of weeks before we agree on the final design.

Once you agree with the design, we will inform you the final price and charge you 50% of it as a non-refundable deposit to fund manufacturing and the necessary materials

STEP 3

How our bespoke is made

Depending on the design, making your bespoke piece of jewellery may involve processes such as hand-carving in wax, forging, sourcing gemstones and special materials and setting

Each piece of our jewellery is designed fully by our head craftswoman Carol Sammartano from start to finish, and we strive for maximum precision and care

Due to the care in the process, the whole thing can take up to 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.

STEP 4

Comission completed

When the bespoke is finished, we will send you pictures and videos so you can be sure it is up to your high standards!

Then, after you pay the remaining 50% of the price, we will pack it thoroughly and send the piece to you straight away, anywhere in the world.
