With a background steeped in Brazilian and Italian heritage, Carol Sammartano has always been drawn to the transformative power of art. From the poetic verses of sonnets to the intricate designs of origami, her artistic spirit has found expression in various forms.

During the start of the 2020 pandemic, seeking meaning amidst uncertainty, Carol turned to her long-held passion for jewelry making. She enrolled in jewelry-making classes in Brazil, her creative spirit igniting with each piece she crafted.

In 2021, Carol's journey led her to the vibrant city of Dublin, Ireland, where the rich history and culture provided an ideal backdrop for her artistic endeavors. With this, she decided to take her passion for jewelry design to the next level, enrolling in a full time jewellery-making course at the esteemed School of Jewellery Ireland

Upon graduating, Carol emerged as a seasoned artisan, ready to share her creations with the world. With a mission to infuse her jewelry with a touch of magical charm, she founded Forgia Mistica, a brand that embodies her personal style: modern, gender-neutral, and imbued with a touch of magic.
