Return and Refund Policy:

A refund of goods can be done within 14 days of the date of purchase if accompanied by proof of purchase and if the product and box are in unused, perfect condition. 

In the unlikely event of a jewellery product arriving in a defective or damaged condition, you can return the item for refund within 14 days of receipt, with cost of shipping included.

Once you return the item to Forgia Mistica, your refund will be processed as quickly as possible on the same payment method in which you first purchased.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What cannot be returned?

• In the interest of hygiene, we regret to inform you that earrings can not be accepted for exchange in any circumstances. 
• Items showing signs of wear, or those that have been engraved, altered, or resized by a jeweller other than Forgia Mistica cannot be accepted for return. 
• Custom made jewellery or special orders cannot be accepted for return, refund or exchange
• Returns made in packages that are improperly packaged will be refused receipt. 

To Return a Jewellery Item, Follow Our Three Step Process:

1) Inform Forgia Mistica. Email us at  forgiamistica@gmail.com and inform us of the imminent return of the product, along with the reason why and the proof of purchase. We will reply your email with refund approval, and then you can proceed to step 2.

2) Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. For security reasons, do not write Jewellers anywhere on the outside of the box. Please address the package to 70 Willow House, Mespil Estate, Sussex Road - Dublin - Ireland - PostCode: D04X961.

3) Insurance recommendations: we recommend you ship your item with shipping insurance, to ensure receival of your refund. Forgia Mistica is not responsible for the loss of items during the return process.

 

PLEASE NOTE: When describing the item please mark that you are returning it to the sender to avoid paying custom duties, which have already been paid

Forgia Mistica will replace or refund the full original purchase price and shipping costs if the return reason is due to damaged or defective products

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
